Crime: Debit Card Fraud 2023040406

On 7/13/23, 3330 Virginia Beach Blvd.: The victim was reviewing their account and found several fraudulent debit card transactions that occurred on 7/13/23 totaling $90. The victim stated they still had the debit card in their possession and that they have never given the PIN to anyone. Multiple transactions were conducted by the pictured individual at Kroger using other unidentified debit cards.
