Crime: Larceny / Malicious Assault 2026018297

On 4/9/26 on Commerce Street –  The victim agreed to sell two cell phones. The pictured male showed up to purchase and took the phones before payment went through. As he was fleeing, the victim was run over by the suspect’s vehicle.  Suspect Vehicle: Vehicle has been spray painted black. It also has a broken taillight.
