Crime: Larceny 2023022844

UPDATE SUSPECT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED THANKS TO A TIPSTER.  WARRANT PENDING;

On 4/23/23, at the First Colonial Walmart, the victim left her purse in a shopping cart and the pictured suspect took the cart and the purse. She has possibly been seen in the area asking for change. She has a turtle tattoo on her left arm.
