Crime: Armed Robbery 2022-069540

SUSPECT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AND ARRESTED ON MULTIPLE ROBBERY CHARGES IN NORFOLK AND CHESAKEAKE.  On 10/25/2022, at S. Independence Blvd., 7-Eleven employees were talking while standing adjacent to the cash registers. A black male entered the store pointing a black Glock with an extended magazine at the employees. He instructed one employee to take a plastic bag and fill it with the cash out of the register. The employee took the cash drawer out of register 1, and the suspect emptied it into the bag. The suspect then instructed another employee to empty register 2. The suspect took the cash, leaving the store heading to the Twin Canal area.
