Crime: Attempted Auto Theft (again) 2022-049517

On 7/30/22 on Waff Road, the suspect attempted to re-steal the victim’s vehicle after it had been stolen and recovered a week prior (7/23). Suspect used a spare key that had not initially been recovered with the vehicle and also had an  accomplice (not pictured) who was wearing similar attire.
