Crime: Card Spoofing 2022-069357

On 10/21/2022, a victim reviewed their NFCU bank statement and found an unknown suspect had used their NFCU debit card to withdraw $600 from a Chartway Bank ATM; the card was still in the victim’s possession. NFCU has since canceled and reissued  a new card.

There have been several similar incidents reported in and around the City of Virginia Beach.
