Crime: Credit Card Fraud and Theft 2022-021758

4/9/22: 7 Eleven at 4600 Virginia Beach Blvd, the suspect attempted to use a stolen credit card to purchase beer and cigarettes.  The card was declined so the suspect grabbed the 10 packs of cigarettes  and ran out of the store.  This suspect has stolen cigarettes from other stores in the area.
