Crime: Credit Card Theft / Fraud 2023-001835

On 01/10/23, between 12:30 and 12:40 p.m., the victim was shopping at Fresh Market on Virginia Beach Blvd. when she was distracted by possibly a Hispanic female asking her questions.  The victim’s wallet was stolen from her purse which was in her shopping cart.  The victim’s credit cards were used at the Phoenix Drive Walmart shortly thereafter.  A male was seen accompanying the female at the Walmart.
