On 10/11/22 in the 2000 block of Atlantic Ave: Victim’s debit card was used by an unknown individual. Victim’s card was still in his possession. Suspect made fraudulent charges on 10/11/22 and 10/12/22 totaling $753.70 at Walgreens.
