Crime: Debit Card Fraud 2022-069617

On 10/21/22, the victim was reviewing her account and found two fraudulent withdrawals. A withdrawal in the amount of $600 was conducted at a Chartway on Kellam Road in Virginia Beach, and another withdrawal in the amount of $380 was conducted at a Chartway in Norfolk. Further investigation revealed that this transaction included seven additional “cloned” debit cards.
