On 5/30/23 at Kohl’s on Virginia Beach Blvd., the pictured male parked his older model Toyota Highlander in the parking lot, walked up to the front of the store, and broke the front automatic door. When the door shattered, he ran back to his vehicle and drove off at a high rate of speed.
