Crime: Fraud Obtaining Money 2022-065648

On 09/12/22, a black male entered the Aldi on First Colonial Rd., picked up an item valued at $69 off the shelf, and then proceeded to the register, advising the clerk that he wanted to return the item. The suspect received a refund for the item on an Aldi gift card and left. On 10/07/22, the male returned and picked out an item to do the same again but noticed the managers were keeping an eye on him. He then left without attempting the fraud.
