On 2/28/22, a Nissan Titan was backing out of the parking lot at Walmart on Phoenix Drive and hit the back of the victim’s car causing damage to his rear bumper. The suspect vehicle then fled the scene in an older model gray or charcoal-colored Nissan Titan, no front plate.
