On 3/16/22, the pictured vehicle pulled out of the parking spot from 7-Eleven at 4600 Virginia Beach Blvd. and struck a Nissan that was parked next to it. Prior to the accident, a male got out of the rear passenger-side of the vehicle and went into the 7-Eleven. Partial tag UVY.
