Crime: Identity Theft / Stolen Vehicle by Fraud 2022-024857

On 04/06/22, the dealership in the 2700 block of Virginia Beach Blvd. sold a vehicle through online transactions. It was determined that the subjects used fake IDs of a real person to buy the vehicle. The pictured suspect picked up the vehicle on 04/13/22 around 4 p.m. from the rear lot of the main building of the dealership. He was driving an extended cab, white in color, possibly a Chevrolet or GMC truck, with a flatbed drive-on trailer, unknown license plates. The vehicle was last seen getting on 264 Westbound by Lynnhaven Rd. Attempts to locate the stolen, white in color, 2021 Ford F150 Platinum, which is the last picture shown,  met with negative results.  The Ford F150 Platinum is worth $63,000.
