Update:  vehicle identified, Suspect has also been identified as Jeremy Nance.  he was arrested on 10/27/22

4/17/22: 4900 block of Cleveland Street. Surveillance footage shows a white male, tall and skinny build, wearing baggy, tan cargo shorts and a grey sweatshirt, driving a white van to the back of the business where the work vehicles are parked and stealing one of the ladders.  The ladder is a Werner 32-foot aluminum extension ladder valued at $350.
