Crime: Larceny 2022-073717

On 11/14/22 at Kohls on Virginia Beach Blvd, the suspect entered the store, placed various clothing and shoes into a cart, and walked out without paying. The Loss Prevention officer confronted the female and was able to recover the cart and some of the merchandise. The female got into a red 4-door vehicle.
