On 11/17/22, the pictured males entered the BJ’s located at 3712 Virginia Beach Blvd. and selected items. The male in the wheelchair paid for his items and the other two males did not.
Suspect vehicle is a 2013 Ford Edge, white in color, VA tag ULM6784.
