UPDATE SUSPECT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AT KENDRIA POWELL AND HAS BEEN ARRESTED ON SEVERAL CHARGES OF PETIT LARCENY

6/14/23 at ABC Shore Drive, pictured female stuffed several bottles of alcohol in her bag and walked out.  This is related to cases 23-030844, 23-031805, and 23-03231, same female, same hat, this time wearing an ODU T-shirt.
