Crime: Larceny 2023034610

On 6/19/23, a black male entered the Food Lion on Virginia Beach Blvd. and placed beer, dish soap, and paper towels totaling $116.49 into a shopping cart. The black male then ran out of the emergency exit in the back of the building passing all points of sale. He was last seen heading eastbound on Broad Street. The reporting person stated that he has done this twice in the past two weeks.
