Crime: Larceny / Fraud 2022-037378

On 6/10/2022, while at work, the victim’s passenger side window was smashed. Several items were taken from the vehicle including a laptop bag with the victim’s bank cards. The cards were used in several locations in Norfolk and Virginia Beach and the gentleman pictured was seen using the card in the Van’s outlet (obviously) and Home Depot.
