On July 13, 2022 the pictured suspect broke into an individual’s vehicle stealing the victim’s wallet, jewelry and clothing at 4001 Virginia Beach Blvd. The suspect then made a fraudulent purchase using the victim’s credit card at the Food Lion located at 3770 Birchwood Mall.
