Crime: Larceny from Vehicle, Check Fraud 2023032522

On 6/8/23 at Virginia Beach Blvd. Lowe’s, the victim parked his work vehicle at Lowe’s in the contractor area. He went into the store to purchase an item. A Black male entered the contractor vehicle and stole the victim’s valise containing paperwork and the victim’s checkbook. The next day there was a fraud charge at his Morgan Chase bank.
