Crime: Larceny from Vehicles – 2022-058932 & 2022-058930

On 9/6/22, the pictured male got out of the passenger side of a maroon-colored 4-door sedan, entered the victim’s tractor-trailor, and stole his wallet and cell phone. Victim’s credit cards were used at various locations in Norfolk. The same suspect entered another tractor-trailor parked on Thurston Ave. and stole the victim’s wallet.
