Crime: Larceny Shoplifting 2022-076796

On 11/27/22 at Ulta Beauty on Virginia Beach Blvd., the male suspect parked his vehicle in front of the Ulta Beauty store and then entered the building. The suspect asked for assistance with retrieving a Dyson Airwrap ($600) that was kept in the back of the store. Once the item was brought to the register, the suspect inserted his debit card into the pin pad but the transaction was declined due to insufficient funds. The suspect then retrieved his card and grabbed the item while running to his vehicle and then fleeing the scene.

This is possibly the same person as JC Penney 2022-073224.
