Crime: Larceny Shoplifting 2023027673

On 5/16/23, the pictured subject entered Target, 4554 Virginia Beach Blvd., and grabbed headphones, a tablet, and two electronic toothbrushes. He then exited the store passing all points of sale. LP was able to stop the subject and recover the stolen goods, but the subject would not go back into the store or give them any information.
