Crime: Larceny Shoplifting 2023028025

On 5/19/23, the suspects entered Nordstrom Rack on Virginia Beach Blvd. around 7:33 p.m. and left at 8:13 p.m. The suspect in the pink hat pushed the shopping cart full of items valued at $455.05 out of the door without rendering payment. Loss Prevention approached the suspects in the parking lot. When Loss Prevention identified themselves to the first suspect and recovered the items, the suspect started pushing back and getting loud. The suspect then started walking away, flagging the driver (suspect 2) down before getting picked up on Virginia Beach Blvd. by a tan sedan which headed north on Independence Blvd.
