Crime: Larceny Shoplifting 2023031365

On 5/1/23 at Target on Independence Blvd., the two pictured women loaded their cart with $1,000 worth of items. At the register, they scanned $26 worth of Ramen noodles, but did not scan any of the other items. The females proceeded to leave the store without paying. When confronted by Target employees, the females became very confrontational and belligerent, causing a scene in the store. They left in a silver Dodge Avenger with duct tape all over the front end.
