Shoplifting 2019-031380

UPDATE: Suspect identified and arrested on 10/4/19.  Throughout this country many horrible crimes are committed, but statistically speaking, larceny is by far the most common crime, and therefore consumes the vast amount of police investigative resources.  It also drives up everyday prices of consumable goods for everyone.  When a person steals to feed themselves or their children, it is wrong, but the motivation can be understandable.  When this woman pictured above stole EIGHT lobster tails from a local grocery store, it was just selfish and shameful.  This offense occurred on August 16, 2019.  Can you help us identify her?
