Crime: Shoplifting 2022-023087

On 4/15/22 at Food Lion on Pleasant Valley, suspect filled his cart with $133.91 worth of items and proceeded to the register.  Once everything was totaled, he presented a credit card that was declined.  Once the cashier stated the card was declined, suspect then pushed the cart out of the store even after the cashier attempted to stop him.  He then loaded up a white van and left the area.
