Crime: Shoplifting 2022-061534

SUSPECT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AND NOW HAS TWO WARRANTS FOR HIS ARREST

On 9/18/22, the pictured male entered the Target store located at 4554 Virginia Beach Blvd. and stole trading cards. The male was riding a bicycle and wearing a black and gray backpack. The male is a suspect in other thefts that occurred in June and August and needs to be identified.
