Crime: Shoplifting 2022-079546

SUSPECT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AND HAS A WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST:

On 12/12/22 at Old Navy on Virginia Beach Blvd., the suspect took multiple items off the shelf and then took them to the counter to get a refund.  When Old Navy did not issue a refund, suspect took the items and left the store.
