On 4/25/23 at ABC Birdneck, at approximately 7:14 p.m., the suspect walked into the store straight to the tequila aisle. He grabbed 3 bottles of Don Julio tequila and then walked out of the store without paying, heading southbound on Birdneck Road on foot.
