Crime: Shoplifting 2023023580

On 4/27/23 at the Target on First Colonial Road at approximately 6 p.m., the suspect was seen by Target LP loading up a shopping cart as well as a backpack with a wide variety of items including cosmetics, electronics, groceries, and personal care items. The suspect took the cart and passed by all points of sale. Loss Prevention officers attempted to stop her, but she fled on foot with the cart. The suspect was seen heading south on First Colonial Road, going under the I-264 overpass. The cart was found later abandoned by the 7-Eleven at First Colonial and Virginia Beach Blvd.
