On 1/4/23 in the 600 block of Bluff Ct. at approximately 3 a.m., on video a suspect is seen pulling up on a riding lawn tractor towing a small wooden trailer. A few minutes later on video, the parking spot where the victim’s 2016 orange moped was is empty.
