Crime: Stolen Purse / Stolen Vehicle 2022-024118

On 04/19/22, at approximately 6:50 p.m., the pictured black female suspect stole the victim’s purse from her shopping cart at a store on Independence Blvd.  She then got into the red Nissan, VA tags VKG4816, which was stolen from Norfolk, and circled the parking lot, finding and then stealing the victim’s black Honda Civic, VA plates UDXC3258.  The victim’s vehicle has been recovered.  The purse and contents have not been recovered.
