Crime: Stolen Vehicle 2022-043599

On 7/4/22, victim’s vehicle was stolen from Harness Ct. Officers arrived and victim had insurance ping the vehicle,  which was located.  As officers were arriving to the location of the vehicle, a suspect exited the vehicle and ran: Black male, dark pants, red hoodie which he removed as he was exiting the vehicle. A short time later while processing the vehicle, the pictured vehicle sped by with the suspect inside along with 4 other individuals.  Do you know this vehicle?
