Crime: Stolen Vehicle 2023019679

On 4/8/23 in the morning hours, the victim’s truck, a 2004 Ford F250, VA Plates TV21282, that was listed for sale, was stolen from Air Rail Ave. in Virginia Beach and the vehicle bed was empty.  At 10 a.m., a photo of the vehicle was captured, and in the rear of the bed appeared to be concrete and metal drains along with other metal items.  The vehicle has been recovered in Norfolk.
