Crime: Stolen Wallet 2021-0012526 (Suffolk)

On 11/11/21, at the Walmart on College Drive in Suffolk, a female approached the victim’s shopping cart and stole the wallet from the cart. On 11/17/21, the Cash App card was used at Pete’s Food Mart in Chesapeake on Waters Road, 2021-122985.  Very distinctive vehicle with no front plate. Do you recognize this suspect or this vehicle?
