On 1/2/23, in the 400 block of Lakewood Circle, a young, thin black male pushed a victim off his bike and stole the bike. The stolen bike was a Jamis Earth Cruiser with black handles and grips, olive green and off-white frame, and a black seat with the word “Bell” in red on the back.
