Crime: Suspicious Activity

On 5/2/23 at 12:39 p.m., in the 700 block of Lord Dunmore Drive, the pictured male (wearing a hat, coat, and sunglasses) cut through a yard and approached the passenger side of an occupied car. He asked the female in the vehicle if she was okay, and then asked her if she or anybody else in the area had lost a cat. He walked away while keeping his head down. It should be noted that this male possibly has a tattoo on the right side of his neck.
