Crime: Theft / Fraud 2023-008097

UPDATE SUSPECT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED. On 11/16/22 at Virginia Beach Lowe’s at approximately 1:33 p.m., the pictured suspect proceeded to pick out several items from the building materials department. He then took a cart full of items and proceeded through the main aisle towards the returns desk passing all points of sale. He attempted to return the chosen items at the returns desk, but was denied. He then left, taking the items with him. Later in the day, he went to a different Lowe’s, attempted to return some of the stolen items, and was successful.
