Crime: Weapon Violation Disturbing the Peace 2022-025015

4/22/22 1800 block of Laskin Road.

The victim was waiting tables. One of her customers was not happy they could not take their alcoholic beverages with them. A verbal altercation ensued. The suspect stated to the victim “Come outside and I`m going to smoke you.” All customers at the suspect’s table left the building. As the suspect vehicle pulled out to leave, the victim went outside with her co-workers to see what the suspect was doing. The suspect then stuck himself out of the window of the vehicle, said “This is your lucky day” and then fired a shot into the air.
