Fugitive: Jenkins Jr, Haywood Lathaniel

Thanks to Norfolk PD Haywood Lathaniel Jenkins Jr., has been arrested, he also had similar warrants out of Norfolk.

Haywood is wanted mostly for the theft of lottery tickets.  He has 12 warrants.

Haywood is 42 years old, 5’11” tall and approx 170 lbs.
