Fugitive: Norris, Michael Daniel

Virginia Beach Police would appreciate your help to locate Michael Daniel Norris.

Michael is 33 years old, 5’2″ tall and approx. 200 lbs.  He has a tattoo on his left arm “RIP WHITNEY”   a tattoo on his right arm “RIP KENDALL” on his Right hand “ONLY GOD”  and tattoos on his right and left forearm, upper arms.
