Fugitive: Waters, Patricia Ann

Virginia Beach Police would appreciate your help to locate Patricia Ann Waters.  Patricia is 52 years old, 5’5″ tall and approx. 120 lbs.  She was last known to live in GA, or possibly moved to TN.    Patricia stole a persons identity and over multiple years, stole money, opened credit cards, and even filed bankruptcy in the victims name.
