Fugitive: Watts II, Edward Charles

Virginia Beach Police need your help to locate Edward Charles Watts II.    Edward is 6’2″ tall and approx. 160 lbs. his last known address was Marvin Ave in Norfolk.  He has been known to go by the name Edward Freeman.  If you have any information leading to his whereabouts, please submit a tip to Virginia Beach Crime Solvers at Crimesolvers.com, on the P3 app on your smart phone or call 888-LOCK-U-UP.  You could be eligible for a reward up on his arrest.
