Crime: Credit Card Theft and Fraud 2023038971

SUSPECT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AND IS PENDING WARRANTS.

On 7/7/23, victim was at Dam Neck Navy Base gym working out. His wallet and clothes were in an unlocked locker. Later he found unauthorized charges on his stolen credit cards. Pictured suspect used his cards at several locations and drove off in the vehicle pictured.
