Grand Larceny 2019-040506

On 10/23/19: Suspect entered the construction sites looking like a worker, with the intent to steal items. At the 19th Street site, he stole a $2000 tool and at the new Sports Arena it is unknown what he was able to steal.
White male, 25-45, 5’8” – 6’00”, 160-200lbs, wearing a bright yellow construction shirt and a white hard hat. He is driving a dark grey sedan with unknown license plates.

UPDATE:  Suspect identified and arrested based on a Crime Solvers tip.  

 

On 10/11/19, the pictured female entered the ABC Store on Independence Blvd., concealed a bottle of Hennessy and a bottle of brandy in her handbag, and left the store without paying.

On October 6, 2019, at 1352 hours, the pictured white female entered an ABC store located at 150 Central Park to put numerous bottles of liquor into her handbag before leaving the store.

Shoplifting 2019-036467

Not satisfied with the small bottle of Patron, this individual picked up the big bottle.  On 9/23/19, the white female pictured walked in to the ABC on Ferrell Parkway and walked out with a bottle of Patron. However, she did not pay for the bottle that is valued at $104.

UPDATE: Person identified as Marcia Sabrina Dumas.

Summary: On September 10, 2019 at 1200 hours, the suspect pictured concealed five Lancome perfume gift sets from Kohls on Princess Anne Road. She was originally compliant with Loss Prevention and then fled.

Suspect: W/F, 40-50 YOA, about 180 lbs. with blonde hair. Left in a white Chevy sedan.

On September 12, 2019, This individual, a White Female in her late 20’s to mid-30’s, is seen on video at the ABC store 4334 Holland Road, concealing bottles of alcohol and proceeding past all points of sale.

UPDATE: Suspect identified and arrested on 10/4/19.  Throughout this country many horrible crimes are committed, but statistically speaking, larceny is by far the most common crime, and therefore consumes the vast amount of police investigative resources.  It also drives up everyday prices of consumable goods for everyone.  When a person steals to feed themselves or their children, it is wrong, but the motivation can be understandable.  When this woman pictured above stole EIGHT lobster tails from a local grocery store, it was just selfish and shameful.  This offense occurred on August 16, 2019.  Can you help us identify her?

Larceny and Assault

On 8/4/19, two suspects entered Sports Alley on Atlantic Ave. and began stealing merchandise, hiding the items in the female’s large purse.  The owner confronted the two suspects in the back of the store, at which time the male suspect got angry.  An argument ensued and the male started to fight the store owners.  The female took all the belongings she had and put them back on the shelf.

On 5/27/19, at 2 a.m., the pictured suspect broke into a vehicle on Baker Rd. to steal $3,800 worth of equipment (tools and an expensive meter used by COX Communications).  Suspect has a tattoo on his left upper arm and drove a Hyundai Tucson newer model without a tag.

At approximately 3:20 a.m. on 4/18/19, the suspects were seen on video entering unlocked vehicles in the Pelican Watch Apartments complex. Wallets, credit cards, cash, and other various items were stolen from the vehicles.

On 4/14/19, at approximately 6:30 p.m., the suspect entered the Smoke Shop on North Great Neck Rd., distracted the clerk, took the cash register, ran out of the door, got into his vehicle, and exited the parking lot. Suspect’s vehicle was a dark grey Toyota 4-Runner with a trash bag in the driver-side rear door window and several stickers on the windows.

Virginia Beach Police needs help in identifying these suspects:

On 3/21/19, the pictured suspects pushed a shopping cart containing several items, including baby formula and alcohol, out of the Harris Teeter on Arctic Ave. without paying. Suspects were confronted by the manager and fled in a black Ford Fusion w/ Connecticut tags. The manager recovered over $200 worth of merchandise, but the suspects were able to load some in their vehicle prior to leaving.

Virginia Beach Police needs help in identifying this suspect:

On 03/16/19 at approximately 12 p.m., the pictured suspect walked into the Sprint store, 2704 N. Mall Drive, with a model phone stolen from another location and asked the manager to see a brand new Samsung Galaxy S10 phone. The suspect distracted the manager, switched the model phone with the brand new phone, and then left the store leaving the model phone behind.

Larceny, Credit Card Theft/Fraud

Virginia Beach Police needs help in identifying these suspects:

Between the late night hours of 2/3/19 and early morning hours of 2/4/19, the victim had items stolen from the inside of her vehicle on Caribe Court. Her credit card was used a short time later at the Salem Crossing Walmart.

Virginia Beach Police needs help in identifying this suspect:

On 1/17/19 at approximately 3 p.m., the pictured suspect walked out of ALDI grocery store on Thalia Road with a shopping cart full of groceries valued at $429.33 without paying for them. When confronted by store management, she refused to stop. She left in a black, 2012 Honda 4-door.

Virginia Beach Police needs assistance in identifying this suspect:

Between the dates of 11/30/18 and 12/12/18, the pictured suspect entered the Walmart at Salem Crossing on 12 different occasions and stole various items. During each incident, the suspect grabbed different items as well as a 21-cent shot glass. The suspect went to the self-checkout and purchased only the shot glass, while stealing the other items.
