Crime: Commercial Robbery 2023054712

On 9/23/23, suspect entered the Citgo gas station on Diamond Springs while covering his face with a black backpack. He then waited for the clerk to get behind the counter and demanded that she open the register or he would kill her. He did appear to use the bag as if he had a gun. He forced her to lie on the ground and then took cash and change from the register. Suspect made off with $597.85 from the register while also taking the money till.  Suspect was wearing gloves and dropped his backpack behind the building.
